Lake house 

During Easter weekend we decided to go to Canyon City and stay at the family lakehouse, we also got to see the Texas Wild flowers along the drive up and back.

Family In New Braunsfels at Landa Park

New Braunsfels is the closest, larger town where we shop and eat out, it's got a lot of history and beauty not to mention the Guadalupe River and White water rafting from Canyon Lake.

We visited Wonder World in San Marcos

  Observation Tower and land model photos  NOTE* the observation tower was placed there by the local university to help study the land, it's 150 feet high and you can take an elevator up to the first level and then you climb the last 40 feet to the top.  At the highest point you can actually see the line that separates the land change.....a model was build for people to see up close.  One side of the land has mud bottom lakes, the other rock.  See model pictures below:
