What is "The Secret"

I've been asked this question many times so I'll do my best to help you know The Secret!

It's easy, it's the name of a DVD movie and a Book.

I personally heard of it first on the Oprah show.  Although the teaching in it corresponded with my own thoughts it added some excellent insights that I hadn't heard and some tools I'd yet to learn of.

By reading this book, I choose to get the audio version and listen to it.....and watching the DVD I began to change my life, I got my entire family to watch and read it as well, together we embarked on a journey together to be the best we could be. 

I encourage everyone I meet who asks me how I have been so successful losing weight to read The Secret.

It can be purchased at any book store, and most video rental locations have it if you choose not the buy it, but I recommend you buy it and watch it as many times and possible.  It will change your life.
