- Below are some pictures of Gnome Homes designed and created by
Folk Artist, Dennis Sheehy. He has been exploring the meaning of habitats most of his life.
Born and raised in upstate New York, he graduated from St. Bonaventure University
in 1967 with a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature. His interest in mythology
and folklore and playing with his own children led to the creation of Gnome Homes,
followed by Light Houses, Noah's Arks and other folk art sculptures.
