BEE POLLEN (available through this site)
Give small amount in treat cup weekly during breeding and especially during the molt.  Good for all types of birds and animals.  This is human grade bee pollen.
Uses: especially good 4-6 weeks prior to breeding to get them into breeding condition. Great for helping maintain good nutrition while making new feathers therefore reducing stress on the bird.
Why?     Excellent mineral source for good nutrition and high in Vitamin A.  Keep in the  refrigerator or freezer to maintain freshness.
1 pound  $12.50, ½ pound $7.00  includes shipping and handling.

BIRD BREAD RECIPE: Super power bread to strengthen your birds and promote optimum nutrition. $2.00 - if interested email me for more info.

Canthaxanthin or RED FOOD (available thru this site)
Give to red birds (canaries) to maintain color twice a week or daily prior and during breeding season.
1 ounce $13.00 or 2 ounces $25.00 includes shipping and handling.
Reconstitute ½ tsp. in small amount HOT water and add to cornbread mix adjusting the liquid requirement.
Cook cornbread as usual, crumble and freeze. Give to birds as needed.  It can be added (after dilution) to the drinking water if preferred.
