Skye, a dark hair beauty who loves the color of lavender and Julia, auburn hair and although she likes all colors, you often see her in a yellowy gold, these two faeries have been best friends since they were babies. They have often had great adventures, however now that they are older and have families of their own, they like to experiment with foods to serve their loved ones. The two would like to share some of their excellent menu's which are easy to make and wonderful to taste.

DEAR FAIRIES

I found this book in a discount bin-quite a
treasure for only $3! Actually is $15. This is a delightful childrens
story-an easy read-about a little girl who finds messages hidden in the
garden from the fairies. The story is brief but sweet-but the highlight
of the book is the illustration. the pictures are beautifully done, and
on each page is a little flap which actually HIDES a miniature letter
from the fairies. The litle gorl writes back and they have quite the
correspondance. A surprise is hidden in the back of the book-a packet of
magic fairie dust, a miniature pencil and tiny papers and envelopes to
write your own messages to the fairies!! i am waiting to see my 3 year
old niece-who loves fairies-to share this surprise with her. Each time i
go through the illustrations i find something new-as they are so
detailed!!! An enchanting read.
