I think that your site on fairies is really really enchanting. Just how
the fairies look and all the cool information you have on your site. My
whole entire life I have always had a interest in both fairies and mermaids and I finally found a web site that I have really took an interest to. I would love it if you would write back to me as soon as possible. Thanks for taking the time to read my letter to you.
T.T.F.N Ta ta for now!
////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

You caught me at a good time.....I've attached two pics...both by Mary
Baxter St. Clair who lives in Kauai (Hawaii) I have the one marked
"fae.jpg" It's her Garden Faerie, the other is one Mermaid she did.
Interesting you are taken by both for I was too....I wanted to either be a
mermaid or Faerie when I grew up...I believe in reincarnation and believe I was a mermaid back in the days of Lamuria (first land forms to host intelligent man on earth, before Alantis) I know they did some gene splitting and created half man half animal at the time because no one wanted to de menial labor and it was "their" solution. Intelligence with animal strength..hence (halfman/half horse, etc) you have seen the legends .....they stem from actual sources. I was born with recall, most are not. It is worrisome at times and I've had to overcome my being different. I see the "high tech" going to space and think "prehistoric" they say you can't miss what you've never had, and I miss the ability to fly and many things I've never had on this earth.....hope I'm not boggling your mind with this...anyway about the attachments.....they are for your personal use only! God Bless, Jani

Hello Jani,  My Name is Ray. We are from Floyd, Virginia Susan and I are trying to find out more information on the Welsh Fairy AWYLLION supposed to be a fairy in the woods along a road watching travelers as they pass. That's all the information we have. Thanks Ray and Susan

Jani,   Do you remember me. I told you that I found faries and that I liked   your sight. My friend MIKALIH e-mailed you too. We need your help with something. Can you help me find all the different types of faries? We don't  know what the faries that we found are called. They look sort of like moths.  The live near the water. How do you think that they came into our world? Got to go.    Laura

Yes I remember you and your friend....first of all faeries are faeries like
humans they come in all shapes and sizes.....but all are very light boned
and have wings like a butterfly.....they come from another dimension which is parallel with panet earth. Their realm is of higher energy than our world. Sounds like the faeries you have are guardian types, they tend to find persons of "like" and watch over them. Bring warnings of sort. I have an older friends who had a faerie much like you describe wake her in the night to tell her to pack and fly to Chicago, where her daughter lived.  She did it and found her daughter going into early labor and alone because her husband was on a sales trip. The baby was turned and the mom was able to get the baby turned right and save both lives (ps Mom was a midwife) so you see the faeries saved the lives but the Mom listened to the warnings.  They don't speak via mouth & sound but via mind to mind...good luck, Jani -  keep me posted!

I was browsing the other nite and happened across your page...(I was browsing for fairy things!)  I must say I am quite impressed...it is a veritable treasure trove!
I would like to note ...I have a favorite painting of a fairy scene.. I did not see it on your site...tho I may have missed it... it is not a very well known image "the fairy feller's master stroke" by the artist
Richard Dadd. (he does not really come up on searches and I have not found his work online...in fact he only received a small paragraph in most encyclopedias and art books) he was a scizophrenic artist who eventually went truely insane, and ended up killing his father and being committed to an asylum...that aside...he did one piece that totally blew me away(listed above).
Also related...the group Queen (with Freddie Mercury) did a song I believe on their album "QueenII" that I believe was based upon either Dadd's painting or a story that both artists read/heard...I do not know... anyway...enough of my rambling...I would definitly
recommend looking into that work of art..if you have not already...I was able to find it in color in a book on fairies...but I have seen it a few other sources too...it is more common in Black and white...tho I
must say that severely detracts from the incredible detail work.
anyway..thank you
Arwen Mellor (yes, Arwen is my real name...from Lord of the Rings)
Thank-you for putting my poem on your site.I certainly did not expect that! I am glad you could use the info on Ida Rentoul Outhwaite.I hope you like her pictures. You say that you have lost my e-mail address but I think you must have found it cos I got mail from you on 07/05/99. How are you getting on with fairy items to purchase? I wonder if you have considered a link to http://www.kirksfolly.com/ <http://www.kirksfolly.com/> for beautiful fairy jewellery.Kirks Folly also sell via QVC the shopping channel both USA http://www.qvc.com/ <http://www.qvc.com/> and in the UK http://www.qvcuk.com/ <http://www.qvcuk.com/> I am sure you must have heard of Kirks Folly, their fairy and angel pieces are exquisite. Also how about a link to http://www.elfquest.com/ for fabulous art by Wendy Pini and the chance to buy Elfquest comics. It is a bit different to the usual fairy stuff but the story is great and is available from the beginning in the form of graphic novels. The only thing is you need permission to use Elquest material.Details are on the site if you are interested. I also found this site http://www.paperpeddler.com/ <http://www.paperpeddler.com/> selling lots of prints, stationery etc featuring the art of Sulamith Wulfing (another of my favourites).Sulamiths pictures are haunting although I have to admit more angel than fairy, this might suit your angels page better. I have tried to think of things for you that I have not seen on other sites.I hope these ideas help you. Below are a couple of Kirks Folly jewellery pics and some art by Sulamith Wulfing from the above sites.
