WWGA - JULY 2000 NEWZ

No new members to announce this month, but I want to welcome Prince Lugh back. A fellow Canadian! His new email address is hackelberg@sprint.ca

Birthday wishes to...Gette who celebrates on July 13! Gette joined the club in April of this year and is from Los Angeles, California.

Last month on June 23, Wil Huygen, writer of the book "Gnomes" celebrated his 78th birthday. Anyone wanting to send him a belated birthday card? If so, here is his address: Dr. W.J. Huygen, Nieuwe weg 1, 3612 AR Tienhoven, The Netherlands.

WARNING! There were two large gnome collections taken from yards here in Edmonton. Both collections were nabbed in the night. It appears that the gnome liberation people are still enjoying themselves at the expense of others. Be sure to lock your gates if you keep gnomes in your yard. If you want to check up on what these nasty people do then just do a search on the net under "Gnome Liberators".

MONTHLY PROJECTS: (click here for picture)  This month's project is for all you cross-stitchers. I managed to obtain a booklet which contains four patterns. Unfortunately they will not scan well enough to send out electronic copies of the patterns, however if you want copies I would be happy to send them out to you at cost plus postage.

Sincerely,  QueenGnome@foundus.com
