Our Faerie and Gnome club has projects that the members can choose to participate in.  Read below to learn more about them.  Then email the project chairperson for details or to sign up.   Thank you, Marafae

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

• SPONSOR - Can you SPONSOR a child ....$10 USA for a life time membership? There are those who would like to join but can't afford the dues, would you like to sponsor someone? Most are children.  Let us know.~~Marafae

• POSTCARDS - Snail mail postcards to our adopted families. Click here to learn more about this project! *sorry no link sample.

• TREASURE BOXES - * if you're interested you will choose a month and in this month you'll fill a box (about the size of a shoe box is fine but not an absolute) and contact TinkerBell who assigns the months.....we have three adopted groups we're helping to learn more about them click on the underscored links below.

SITE AWARDS - Find Positive sites and submit the URL's to the Award Leader

Faerie and gnome members please take heed.  If you can, visit  the URL: http://www.endhomelessnessnow.org    This site is a "free" donation site.  People click on the donate button and sponsors pay for the clicks.  People can click once each day.   The money raised goes to homeless shelters.  The homeless shelters we have supported and are currently supporting are listed on the site.

700,000 people a night are homeless.  40% of them are women with their children and this is the most rapidly growing segment of the homeless population.  Providing shelters and services to homeless children helps prevent them from being homeless adults.   Services to their mothers helps
with transitional housing, job placement, counseling, and other needed services like rehabilitation.
