Michelle Lynn King

Chris Cooper is searching for his half sister, Michelle Lynn King, who was taken by Child Protective Services in Houston, Texas because the mother was unable to care for either child. Chris who was 17 years at the time was caring for himself and his sister. The father was deceased when she was taken.

CPS told Chris that they would keep her until they got on their feet and into a decent apartment, however when Chris and his mother tried to get her back, she had been adopted out and the books sealed.

Please help me find my sister!! All I know is her name and birthdate (below). I live with my wife and two children, outside of Houston, Texas. Parents are deceased. I have searched ever since she disappeared so long ago. There hasn’t been a day I haven’t thought of finding her. I even got a computer so I can search. My wife and I spend hours only to hit dead ends. We have written and phoned all the talk shows begging for help, but no one replied.

Michelle would be 28 years old this year if 1998. I don’t know her adopted name or where she is. Her maiden name was King, we had different fathers so my last name is Cooper. I do have a small photo of Michelle at age 7 (above) which I carried in my wallet until my wife got it and framed it. Sister’s birth name = Michelle Lynn King Date of birth: 8/19/70

Mother = Betty Ruth King dob 7/14/36 deceased July 1982 (picture below)

Father = Harold King deceased around 1977

Half Brother = Christopher "Chris" Lee Cooper dob 3/23/60

Note: Michelle was adopted in 1977 – possibly adopted to school teacher in Illinois, however this is only what we heard and not confirmed.
